This is nice book written in Chinese. Professor Way Kuo is the President of City University of Hong Kong and an expert of nuclear energy reliability. As the first international well-known nuclear expert invited to visit the nuclear scene in Japan, he evaluates the reliability and safety of nuclear power. The book takes a balanced view on energy and environment from a technology perspective. Not only the past of nuclear energy is illustrated in the book, but also the future is sketched. Just like what the author said in the book, we may not need to use nuclear power, however this can only be done after we find the replacement.
