The IEEE Dallas Section had an award banquet at the Perot Museum in Dallas, Texas on January 24, 2016. Two members of the RS Dallas Chapter received the Distinguished Service Award:

Shou-Yu Lee (PhD candidate in Computer Science at UTD) for designing, implementing, and maintaining a website for the Dallas Chapter since 2012.
Xuelin Li (PhD candidate in Computer Science at UTD) for helping organizing all the activities sponsored by the Dallas Chapter, in particular the Fall 2015 IEEE Reliability Society Student Outreach at UTD.
