IEEE Technical Field Awards - Call for Nominations

The IEEE Awards Program has issued a Call for Nominations for the 2012 IEEE Technical Field Awards (TFA), due 31 January 2011, to the IEEE Reliability Society.  

Of particular interest to the Reliability Society is the following IEEE Technical Field Awards, which typically include a medal and/or certificate, honorarium, and recognition before the recipient's distinguished peers.

IEEE Cledo Brunetti Award for outstanding contributions to nanotechnology and miniaturization in the electronics arts

IEEE Reynold B. Johnson Information Storage Systems Award for outstanding contributions to information storage systems, with emphasis on computer storage systems.

IEEE Daniel E. Noble Award for Emerging Technologies for outstanding contributions to emerging technologies recognized within recent years.
