Transactions on Semiconductor Manufacturing, co-sponsored with the Components, Packaging, and Manufacturing Technology Society, the Electron Devices Society, and the Solid-State Circuits Council. Available to RS members at an extra charge.

Journal on Photovoltaics (J-PV), an brand new publication co-sponsored by the Electron Device Society, the Industrial Electronics Society, the Nanotechnology Council, the Photonics Society, the Power Electronics Society, and the Power and Energy Society. Available to RS members at an extra charge.
