Reliability Society organized a full-day tutorial at the 2016 Prognostics and System Health Management (PHM) Conference held in Chengdu, China from October 19 to 21. The tutorial was divided into the following three parts:

1. Combinatorial Testing and Its Applications by Dr. W. Eric Wong (Professor & Director, Advanced Research Center for Software Testing & Quality Assurance, University of Texas at Dallas)
2. Software/System Reliability by Pete Rotella (Project Manager, Cisco)
3. Mechanical Reliability by Richard Doyle (Former President of IEEE Reliability Society)

In addition, Professor Steve Li (Western New England University) gave a keynote speech on Issues and Challenges of Bayesian Inference in PHM: Prior, Data, or Lying.
