Over the last year or more the Reliability Society AdCom has conducted an extensive review of the Reliability Society Constitution and Bylaws.
Minor changes that will make these consistent with current IEEE policies and procedures and current practice within the society have been made.

The final version of the revised documents were unanimously approved by the AdCom at their last meeting on January 27, 2017 and have subsequently
been reviewed and approved by the IEEE Technical Activities Board (TAB) VP.
Changes to the bylaws are effective immediately, whereas changes to the constitution requires announcement to the membership at large before
they become effective. Comments on the changes may be submitted in writing to the RS Jr. Past Present at c.k.hansen@ieee.org.
