The IEEE Reliability Society held its annual Chapters Awards banquet in Vancouver Canada in conjunction with its summer AdCom meeting.  These awards were for activity conducted in calendar year 2014.  We had a record breaking year for entries – 14 total out of the 28 chapters within the society.  Five new chapters were formed in 2014 and therefore were not eligible per policy, but we allowed them to receive 4th place as all five submitted entries and had active programs in 2014.  The winners are:
